Local residents and visitors are now invited to make a booking on a Guided Visit & Talk at Bye Wood (the new woodland creation project on Bye Hill) with the ENPA Woodlands Team at 11am on Friday 24th or Saturday 25th September. The team will be talking all about their plans and the sustainable and environmentally friendly methods being used for the planting of 13000 trees staring this winter. You can read more about the Bye Wood project here - https://www.exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk/caremoor/caremoor-welcome/woods-and-trees-appeal-bye-wood
The event is being repeated as car parking is restricted - numbers at each event are being limited to 20 max and car sharing is advised where safe and possible. Here are the links for the booking system - You can elect to book a free ticket or pay £5 or £10 to book a 'gift ticket' 100% of which goes to the CareMoor for Exmoor Woods & Trees (Bye Wood) appeal. CareMoor is the National Park Authority's official donations scheme.

Hi Katrina - has the Saturday event been cancelled?
What a great offer and opportunity to see and learn more about this wonderful project.
Sounds great, it's very good of the National Park to keep us all informed
