Winsford has a friendly club playing indoor short mat bowls, sometimes known as carpet bowls, currently meeting on a Tuesday afternoon.

 

Per-Covid we had two teams that play in the West Somerset League against other local villages, although in competition it’s still a very friendly atmosphere.  It is hoped that the league will resume before too long.

The club has celebrated thirty years since its start with 30 members in 1993.
