Due to the discovery of a garden which we were previously unaware of, we are delighted to announce

• March 31st.  Bunjee jumping. NO TICKETS LEFT
   

• April 21st. Queens Birthday.  Her Maj expected to be on hand to rustle up some cucumber sandwiches. Sadly this is SOLD OUT
   

• April 25th. The Oscars ceremony live from our back garden. Expect to see all the stars up close and personal. You could apply for tickets IF THERE WERE ANY LEFT
   

• May 15th. FA Cup Final. This will be between _________ and ________ (fill in your two favourite teams). VIP tickets were once available which included having a pint with your heroes. Even the cheap seats let you share a packet of Walkers with Gary Lineker. Alas the ticket cupboard IS BARE
